About your Speech-Language Pathologist

Kristi-Leigh Lyon is a graduate of New York University. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and a Florida state license. She is a member of the American Academy of Private Practice in Speech Pathology and Audiology, The Florida Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists, an approved provider for Step Up For Student Family Empowerment Scholarship Program and a member of The Estero Chamber of Commerce. Kristi-Leigh has over 25 years experience with providing early intervention, school, clinic, home and community-based services to children of all ages, families and educators. Her extensive experience and diverse training enable her to design and adjust her diagnostic testing and clinical intervention specific to a child's unique personality, learning style, strengths and needs.

Kristi-Leigh and her husband Bruce relocated from East Hampton, New York to Naples, Florida in 2004. She has been providing personalized services throughout Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples and Fort Myers for over 15 years. The Lyons have been residents of Estero since 2005. They both actively support local and national organizations such as The Estero Chamber of Commerce, Autism Speaks, Childhood Apraxia of Speech Association of North America, March of Dimes,  The American Cancer Society and The Susan G. Koman for The Cure.
